Headphones and hearing
Just got a great paying position some months ago that require headphones, and at the range some months ago an idiot kept multi firing/mag dumping with an ABNORMALLY loud gun( and shots were supposed to be limited to 3 at a time max), it went through the muffs and STILL blew out my eardrums for three days then I recovered but since then my ears have been sensitive and I’m noticing that now with random ringing for like a couple seconds . I’ve since then recently lowered the volumes of my headset from max to 50, usually I always keep my tv low at like 20 and don’t wear earphones like I used to in my normal day to day, so I think my jobs the only factor, i don’t plan on being here forever but I’m here now and don’t wanna mess up my hearing in my early 20s.
Not asking for med advice just headphone recs that may be more lenient on the ears till I see an audiologist
