Are there any tech mods available to work with the current version of the mod?
Sometimes I just want to relax and rush over the enemy with ‘60s jets and tanks.

Been a year and more since I last played, I’m wondering if the various U.S. unifiers have gotten additional focuses to their post-war trees? Iirc they were pretty much identical (at least between the UOA and APLA).
Naturally we take inspiration and knowledge of warfare from real life, to the point that it can often be nearly identical with the names of people and objects changed. Sometimes though, due to the presence of natural forces that don’t exist in our own world, new technologies, and whole different species, warfare might be significantly different than what we know IRL. With that established, how have your settings diverged from our understanding of how war is waged?
Started a new campaign as Egypt, met Rome and got a non-aggro pact and trade, about half a dozen turns later they declared war on me. I earlier tried a Macedon campaign which I ended up failing, but Rome also just randomly declared war on me after a trade agreement.
You start off with three potential starting locations, an urban tile bordering an infested zone with 3-4 hordes, a forest tile bordering two infested zones with 3-4 hordes, and the last and safest one being a mtn zone.
Without access to wood, you’re forced to scavenge to tech up or build, because if you start in the forest zone, you’re just going to be swarmed by zombies and die. But you can’t make it to tech 3 or pop 3 without being forced to expand into the forest zone, which then means you get swarmed by zombies.
