How to prep first born for baby?

My sons will be around 23 months apart. My oldest is currently 19 months. I’m wondering what I can do to get him prepared for baby. I try to talk to him about it and read books about it but he doesn’t seem to understand or just seems uninterested. Any advice?

Spoof location on device

I need to test the location tracking on my app. I see I can set a Mock Location app but what is a valid and safe one that I can use?

When to tell work about pregnancy

I recently had my annual review, and while good they want me to take on more responsibility and leadership roles. I am okay with all of this and would like to do it, however I am 17 weeks pregnant. Last time I was pregnant, they moved me off of some leadership roles for my maternity leave and a bit after. I feel really bad telling them about my pregnancy right after they want to give me more responsibility. Because I also do want to do it, and not be taken off of it. Also I was just on maternity about 2 years prior to when I will be this time, so I worry they’ll be annoyed with them being so close.

When do I tell my work about my pregnancy with them wanting me to have more responsibilities without causing issues?

Also I was holding off on telling them about the pregnancy until after my review so my upcoming maternity leave wouldn’t affect any potential promotion or raise. They haven’t decided if they’re giving out raises or not this year so I am still concerned that telling them that I am pregnant will not get me a raise/bonus.

This entire situation is causing me stress.

Opinion on boy name

I’m pregnant with my second boy and right now the top of my list is Miles Jaden. Our surname starts with a hard c like concerts. This will likely be my last baby and if I ever had a girl I wanted her middle name to be Jade, like mine, however we’re having a boy so my husband suggested Jaden for the middle name.

I’ve been seeing a lot of people say you will baby wear your second baby a lot more. Is the wildbird carrier really that much better and easier to use than say an ergobaby one?

If you use a wildbird do you use the aerial wrap or aerial carrier?
