The wiki says “Rosie the little purple engine” but that doesn’t feel right. It’s a bit long, and she’s not really purple. She’s more of a… mauve lilac

Sure it’s logically unsound and kinda silly, but most Thomas movies are. This is infinitely superior to Misty Island (a movie that, shockingly, is also not as bad as I remember).

Also, this may be a bit spicy, but she totally deserved to be given the empty spot at Tidmouth.

If it were the rws no one would bat an eye that Edward was relocated. Thomas and Percy should’ve moved out too and gone back to Ffarquhar.

Was looking at the Japanese translation of character names and I saw this

(Richard Petty and Edward Pettigrew have similar last names too. What a coincidence!)

There’s so much potential here, but all they did were the ones in “more about Thomas”. Even in the later cgi era when they finally added the miniature engines and adapted that book, they never touched Christopher’s
