Promotion Outlook: Next promotion feels quite far away (estimated 3 to 4 years).

The Offer:

New Company: Prescient Security
​
Role: Same level (Senior Consultant / Equivalent)
​
New Compensation: 44 LPA (~63% hike)
​
Work Setup: 100% Remote
​
My Dilemma:

The financial jump is significant, and the fully remote setup is a huge plus. However, I’ve been with Deloitte for 2 years and am trying to weigh the long-term brand value of Big 4 consulting against this new opportunity.

Given that my next promotion at Deloitte is at least 3 years away, does making this switch to Prescient Security make sense?
