Neurologist
I was seeing a prior neurologist for years. We tried several medications. What was helping me was botox and baclofen. Literally was only at 30 mg a day so baclofen was not even at therapeutic levels.
Fast forward to now with a new neurologist due to the length of drive to the prior one. New neurologist refused my current prescription of 10mg baclofen 3 times a day and gave me just 10 mg once a day. His note he left was "we can discuss why at your next appointment" which is over a month out.
Anyway, feeling very defeated, unseen, irritable. I guess I'm back to drinking to mitigate some of the pain. I cannot believe this is even something that could happen.

Rewards
The price it really should be anyways. What a deal. If I get it in a byob and add chicken there's like 4 small pieces on it. Usually barely any creamy jalapeño. Even the better Taco Bell near me has made the quesadilla dead to me the same as the crunchwrap. No fillings and mostly tortilla.

Crumbl out here doing the Lord's work.
Hear me out, those that prefer thicker cookies, we all hear you! I'm sorry you were left out this week.
For those who say they ARE overpriced and should be cheaper OR 3 thins, we all hear you and YOU ARE COMPLETELY CORRECT.
With that said, I grew up with a Cookie Factory in my mall. I took my own daughter there until about 10 years ago when it closed. The thins take me back to those times and cookies ( super thin, chewy throughout but a bit crispy on the edges).
Anyways, thins feel like nostalgia to me and I am grateful for them. I wish they were cheaper and I wish they could please everyone but that is impossible. So with that said, thank you Crumbl and my amazing Crumbl staff.

We used rewards for the lemon cakes. Oatmeal chocolate chip is one of my favorites so I knew I wanted a 4 pack before even trying Carmelita. She did not disappoint. 🤤
