Generally in almost all exams in India, including previous NIMCET exams, "Answered and Marked for Review" questions are evaluated. Students who have appeared for many competitive exams and taken numerous NIMCET mock tests become familiar with these exam patterns and instructions. They naturally rely on what has been followed consistently over the years.

If such an important rule is being changed, it should be clearly highlighted in bold in the instructions so that every student notices it.
There should also be a warning or alert during the exam to make students aware of the change.

This decision has affected many students who worked very hard for NIMCET.
