I think I accidentally swallowed the „do not eat“ desiccant pill in my choline supplement! Help!

I take one capsule of choline daily and today I was distracted when I took it out of the bottle and in my mouth. While swelling it down with some water it felt all of a sudden bulky. Now I’m worried I stalled the blue desiccant pill by accident. There is still one in the bottle- but are there usually two? Does anyone here take metagenics metacholine by any chance and could please let me know if there are 1 or 2 of these blue (do not eat) capsules? I‘m worried for my baby!! Has anyone done something like this and all is well?

Did I just swallow this blue desiccant pill? Help I‘m pregnant!

I take one capsule of choline daily and today I was distracted when I took it out of the bottle and in my mouth. While swelling it down with some water it felt all of a sudden bulky. Now I’m worried I stalled the blue desiccant pill by accident. There is still one in the bottle- but are there usually two? Can someone that takes these or other profits from metagenics please check their supplement and let me know? I‘m worried for my baby!!

Update: I did call poison control and they said silica isn’t dangerous. Kids swallow it all the time. But I’m still worried as a) I don’t know if this contains silica or else and b) if there is some residual risk for the baby!

Help me make a decision

So I work an office job and my mat replacement just started this week- I‘m 32+6weeks. She had inductions this week and one was with a lady that just returned from sick leave after having had COVID. I think she was off a few days last week (Wed/Thu/Fri) and returned this Monday. My mat cover had a meeting with that person on Tuesday. I‘m now supposed to meet my mat cover tomorrow (Wednesday) in the office and be close to her and explain her stuff on the laptop. Now my concern is- this person might potentially still have been infectious- infecting my mat cover. I‘m not sure if it’s okay to go and meet her and sit next to her all day? I would be wearing a surgical mask, but they aren’t as effective from what I hear. Would you risk it? Or should I WFH and arrange virtual meetings? My manager just would not be a fan of that option. At this point I want to do what’s best for the baby.

Hiccups - how much is too much?

My baby has had hiccups since week 24ish I‘d say, maybe even sooner. I’m now 32 weeks and for the last 2 days this has increased. Yesterday he had 3 hiccups, tonight at 12am, 5am and now again at 8am. So we about4-5x a day. It usually lasts 15min but can be longer. Should I be concerned re cord issues? I had a beautiful scan Wednesday and a heartrate check Thursday at my OB. His movement is a little sleepy today as well.

Leonardo okay as non- Italian?

We love the name Leo but looking for something longer as our surname has only two syllables. I‘m German and love the name Leonard - but in English (we live in an English speaking country) it’s pronounced Len-ard, and I really don’t like this version. In Germany we pronounce it Leo- nard. My husband is from Eastern Europe and has a Russian surname. Would it be weird to call our baby Leonardo (+russian surname), with German and Eastern European parents that live in an English speaking country haha
We would still mostly call him Leo - but having the long option is nice!!
Update: Leon is not an option as a family member had a MC and called that child Leon!
Also open to other suggestions :)

What ferritin level does your doctor want?

Keen to hear what levels of ferritin your doctor deems low and what levels they are trying to get to? I sometimes see people say 20 is okay and others say their doctors want it to be 50+
Can you also share what dosage of iron supplements you took (if any next to your prenatal) , if your took it daily or every second day and when you stated supplementing (I.e what week)? I read absorption is better every second but no clue if that’s true!

Baby boy name

Husband and I are going in circle for a boy name. It’s our first and I struggle to land on “the one”. The biggest issue is that we got pregnant super late, all our friends and family already had kids and a lot of the names we like have been taken!
There is already a “Lio” in the wider family (I’m not sure if it’s written Leo or Lio- but pronounced Lio) - it’s the brother of my sister in law’s child - hence I was hesitant to use Leo, but that is actually a name I really like.

We narrowed it down to the following
- Leonard (Leo)
- Finn
- Mikah (pronounced Mee-ka)

Any feedback on the names? I think the first two are rather popular?

Oven door debacle

Our oven door decided it no longer wants to be attached and broken down in two pieces. The oven actually still works. Given we don’t seem to be able to replace the door due to its age, we want a to replace it with a new oven. Issue - all new ovens open top to bottom and in our case- the door frame is in the way! We didn’t design this kitchen and would have never placed the oven at the against the wall but it is what it is. Anyone have any ideas how to work around this? We cannot relocate the oven to another place.
