How do you balance coding and life?

How much time do you spend coding? Coding all day just sucks the life out of you. Is there anyone here who codes for 4 hours or maybe more yet still have the time to meet and/or interact with people in the flesh, having hobbies where you physically exhaust and converse?

What do you do to make your life interesting?

What are things you did to make your life be of purpose and having direction that no matter how things go, you're determined, calm, positive, objective, sharp, and resilient?

There are times where you're caught up in daily responsibilities where things start to feel repetitive and mundane; losing the excitement, and burnt out. Living life monotonously.

How did you turn your life around that awaken something in your soul?
