Hi. I have a hard time making friends, and it doesn’t help that I did not grow up here. I love AHS and the new season is premiering next month and I would love to find someone to watch with me.

I'm a 36 yr woman, I am not on social media and don't use Reddit regularly either so I feel like I am out of the loop on things which is probably better for my mental health anyways.

Obviously, there is stigma and misinformation about this kind of treatment. I’m just wondering if others have discussed this with their doctor or have any input. I have been on Zoloft and lithium for years and have been slowly upping the dose. I still have bad depression, episodes and suicidal ideation’s along with the other emotionally paralyzing symptoms as well. We were talking about adding Abilify and I said OK until I started looking into other options. And found ECT I didn’t even know that was still a thing people did. Anyway, I am very interested. I talked to others in the medical field, and heard good things about it. This option has never been brought up to me and just wondering if others have experienced that as well.
