Slightly elavated ck levels

I’ve been experiencing body-wide fasciculations for a month now. It started in my face/eyes around 8 months ago, then spread. I get the occasional one in my tongue that I can feel when my tongue is at rest too. I can also see my tongue twitching constantly at rest without feeling it, . Additionally, I have a dent in my thigh which I’ve been worried is atrophy.

All my worries were then amplified as I’ve recently had a second blood test done, with my CK level being 198 U/L . although this is within my lab’s normal range, which is 33–200. I’m still extremely concerned, taking into consideration my twitching and information saying people with ALS usually have a CK that’s slightly elevated, at the upper end of normal, or around 200–500. Although mine hasn’t reached 200 yet, I’m still worried with it being at the upper end of normal and only 2 off.

ACF’s only accepting blood worms

Hi guys, I’ve tried everything with my frogs to get them to eat something other than blood worms but nothing seems to be working. I have tried mysis shrimp, brine shrimp and krill but they end up just floating around the tank and dirtying the water. The frogs attempt to eat those but they seem to not be able to see them or get to them. I have tried putting them in a feeding dish but have had no luck with this the frogs just kick them around into the water. If I try to grab them with tweezers or a turkey baster the frogs just ignore them and they still end up floating around the water. I have tried sinking pellets which the frogs either will Ingnore or spit out rod their mouth. The only thing they seem to be able to see and eat efficiently are bloodworms, I think most places that sell ACF feed them mainly blood worms so they seem to be stuck on those now as the only food they will eat. I’m kind of at a loss for what to do as most foods reccomend for ACF’s they’re not accepting.

Progressed twitching for 3 weeks and no movement in pinky

Hi guys I’m 22 F and extremely worried about what this could be, I remember experiencing twitching in my eye about 6 months ago on and off and the occasional body twitch and I paid little mind to it. suddenly 3 weeks ago it has spread to all over my body and I mean EVERYWHERE constantly throughout the day. As the twitches got worse I started inspecting my body more and realised I have a dent/pit in my thigh that I can visually see and feel it’s strange it looks like a literal gap in my thigh muscle.

I am naturally quite worried about this and began self testing (ik I shouldn’t have) I ended up finding that I can’t flex or lift up my right pink toe or move it at all which is completely freaking me out because I feel like I should be able to move it. My left pinky toe does flex and lift up. Has anyone else experienced something like this iam incredibly worried I have a doctors appointment soon but the anxiety of this all being tied together is honestly starting to affect me.
