What can I do about my under eye hollowness?

I went it for under eye filler the other day and they said it’s too dangerous as the hollowness is close to my eyes. I don’t wanna do RFP or treatments like that because I wanna fix the hollowness, not the darkness. What other solutions do I have

How can I reduce or get rid of my breast stretch marks?

I’ve tried micro needling and CO2 laser and they barely made a difference. I feel so insecure :(
