Help getting a refund

My kfc is awful when it comes to ordering extra crispy. They act like it's gold and they don't want to come off of it. Every time I order it they tell me I have to wait a long time or substitute for original recipe. The thing is that we have dairy allergies in the family and cannot substitute. So Tuesday night I decided to order chicken. I placed the order in app over 20 minutes before going to the restaurant so they would have time to make th extra crispy. I show up and they tell me the same thing. Either a 28 minute wait or take original recipe. I told them I'm not ok with that because I gave them plenty of time to cook it before I arrived and that I could not take allergens into the house with a substitution. He told me I had to cancel the order in the app. There were no options to do so. So I called kfc support. I was told they had to put in a ticket to escalate it. I heard nothing so I called back today, Friday. Told again they would have to escalate it. Why was there no option in the app to cancel the order. Why does a refund for food I never received needing to be escalated. Why am I not getting a call back from anyone. How do I get in touch with someone to get this refund. And if someone from corporate or anyone important sees this post ....y'all need to look into zip code 30286. It is a legit headache every time I order from them and they really should be keeping some extra crispy on hand and not acting like it's tucked away under lock and key

This is the best yet

I love seeing this right from the home screen of my app. Not only the number of days but also the days of the week. I love it so much that I'm sure they're going to take it away but as of right now I'm totally happy
