I always go with Golldir. After Hillgrund’s Tomb he doesn’t have a purpose, family or home to return to. He’s not suited for a life of adventure while not being completely useless. I feel it gives him a real purpose that would suit him, lore wise.

I don’t feel like assigning any of the followers who have a home or job, like Faendal, any of the housecarls etc.

And assigning Erik the Slayer is just… cruel. Sure, he’s a greenhorn but who am I to rob him of his destiny, whichever that might be?

I’m curious what are your thoughts.

This is the announcement. And yes, I’ve captioned the info regarding the ‘second class set’.

Now, of course Blizzard won’t spoil the release of a new class just yet. Blizzcon is still a few months away, and they’ll officially announce it then.

But think about it.

If they release a new class (most likely Monk, due to various subtle teases), this class will also be released WITH ITS VERY OWN CORE SET. Which means they’ll also release a class set for this new class soon after.

So this announcement isn’t Blizzard lying to us. It’s only cleverly concealing the truth.

Sure, I might be high on cope, but I really think all hope isn’t lost yet.
