i got a usb cable but it wont charge only shows me the data transfer screen. does anyone know is it rare?

the 9320 was pretty much non existant in 2000s so she mained this, sad we didnt see more of it like we saw of all the other phones

just found this miami ink razr in europe. with a att sim card could be a US model. Anyone know if this is a original because there is no t mobile branding and its soft pink instead of hot pink.
