He needs a name. I'd like something fun. I initially thought Baguette because of his shape but I'm not completely sold on baguette. What would you call him?

I picked up a Hey Bestie doll set today. The mini dolls by Battat (who also make our generation)

I'd seen them before but wanted to think about it before buying as im wanting to get more specific with my collection now days, but I'm a sucker for dolls in pyjamas because they always look so cosy, so I decided to get them, and I'm so glad I did because they're pretty much everything I want in a mini doll. 😍

Plus the price of them is fantastic, especially considering you get two dolls in the set. Their hair feels incredibly soft and feels high quality, which is always the first thing I look for in my dolls. I'm not great with identifying specific material but it feels so silky.

The articulation is also really impressive for dolls this size. The arms can move up and out, and the legs have the same range of movement too. Comparing to rainbow high minis or barbie Chelsea, these mini dolls are definitely top tier.

Overall, I'm really happy with them.

She's been on my bag for a while so tbh the whole bubu needs a good disinfect probably. How do i go about washing her?

Her face is nowhere near as bad as it was before but she still has hints of eyebrows there. I've tried Micellar water, dish soap, bicarb paste, everything that's online and they just won't get clean. Any suggestions?

Found a Pleasant Company! I'm beyond excited!

She's definitely had lots of play time and love in her life. Her eyes have painted eyeshadow on them, and her face looks to have stickers. I'm not sure how to remove the eyeshadow paint without damaging the skin paint so they might have to be left alone too.

Her body is in awesome condition, but her wig is a bit bare at the front and in patches at the back. Probably from years of being brushed and styled.

Deep blue eyes, classic face mould. Her outfit is handmade but her shoes are Lea Clarkes!

I've never restored / eye swapped / hair swapped a doll before but I'm thinking she could be a little trial project. Ngl though I might just keep her how she is... I think she's kinda cute. I'm now creating ideas about the adventures she must have had.

Took my little emotional support lafufu to the mall yesterday and the mini bear t-shirts from Build a Bear fit him awesome!

Did get a few odd looks though. What is it about lafufu/labubus that get people rolling their eyes? Any other plushie and nobody bats an eyelid. Oh well! I love him!

I love crocodilians, and have many crocodile themed items, but I've just started collecting small figures too! Here I have two Schleich Figures (American Alligator and Saltwater Croc) and two Papo Figures (another American Alligator and a Caiman)

I'd really love a Gharial figure.

I bought this Build-a-Bear Alien Cow because I've been having a really tough time with my mental health lately, and my inner child just needed a present. 🥹

I'd always wanted a Build-a-Bear when I was a kid, but they were just too expensive for my parents. (I'm one of five kids, so... yeah. 😅 It just wasn't something we could afford.)

I did the whole heart ceremony while my husband stood watching with a very amused expression at my wonderfully childish antics. 😂 But he was so supportive too, which made it even more special.

I've always carried comfort items in my handbag, along with little things that help me manage my AuDHD stress. I decided to get my plushie a little bag of his own so he could carry them for me. It fits my Loop earplugs, lip balm, mini Pop It keychain, and a Saint Christopher coin. 🛸🐮

I really enjoyed carrying him around the mall afterwards, and honestly, I didn't get a single judgemental look. If anything, it made me smile every time I looked at him.
