Activity during early weeks pregnant

I’m 7 weeks pregnant following my first cycle, waiting for my scan next week. I’ve been dying to get back into ‘normal’ activity and tonight I’m going to do netball again. Im only in GS so don’t move up and down the court a lot. The league says you can play upto 12 weeks, I do feel a lot better in my insides (ie I feel it’s all healed up from the collection) just wanted some reassurance that other people do exercise during early pregnancy? X

Accidentally took double dose of pregnacare preconception

Having a mild panic. In my IVF preparation I’ve been taking variety of vitamins, and this weekend I had my first fresh transfer of a 4AA embryo. They collected 8 eggs, 7 fertilised, 1 arrested, 2 are 4AA and 5AB and the rest were left an extra day so waiting on that call. I realised a few days ago I’ve been accidentally taking 2 x pregnacare pre conception for a few months…chat GBT tells me that’s ok as it’s excess vitamin A they would be worried about but even just thinking about the risk of birth defects has freaked me out. Don’t know if anyone has experience or advice?

Progesterone (Cyclogest 400 mg) is awful! Tell me it gets better…

I had my ER 2 days ago, started the pessaries twice a day (rectally, isn’t that just lovely?) and since I’ve feel awful. So tired, full, bloated, nauseous - basically how I remember feeling when I was in the first trimester with my first born. I’m due to have transfer in a few days, I can cope this week but I know you have to take them until 12 weeks if the pregnancy works…does it get better if you’re actually pregnant…or even worse 😆
