Looking for a road marathon training plan that includes trail running

This might be sort of a niche plan but I am planning on incorporating trail running (particularly in the mountains) about once a week in my marathon training. I was going to use Runna but the trail running is going to mess with the rest of my training plan because the pace/time is significantly slower than on the road. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Is it frowned upon to order a shakerato in Italy?

The other day I was having an espresso with my dad in Pescara when I saw a bartender shaking espresso with ice, and then he poured it into a glass. I wasn't sure of the name but based off some research it seems like a shakerato. I'd love to try it but I'm not sure if it's frowned upon to order, similar to ordering a capuccino in the afternoon

Anyone here ever order flower online?

I've seen a lot of posts in other subreddits about THCa weed online (yes I know it is the exact same thing as regular weed). I'm considering ordering some to have a wider variety of strains to choose from. Has anybody tried it? How does flower purchased online and shipped compare to dispensary flower?

Can I fly a kite on top of a mountain?

I'm sitting on the beach right now on vacation watching somebody fly a kite, which then got me thinking of flying a kite on top of a mountain while hiking. Obviously it's possible but I'm wondering if it's allowed.

DAE get super paranoid before traveling internationally that they are accidentally bringing something illegal?

I'm going to Italy tomorrow with my family and I am all done packing. I keep having to go back and check my luggage to make sure I didn't pack any weed or anything. I wish I could just relax before my flight ugh

Thoughts on cheap Amazon tents?

I got a cheap $40 tent on Amazon to camp at a car show a few years ago. I really want to use it to do an overnight trip in the Whites before eventually buying a nicer tent. Will it get me by for a few overnight trips? The tent in question is Asfanes 2 person tent

Does anybody know what kind of concentrates Classics uses in their carts?

I usually only buy live resin but this one doesn't specify, and I'd rather not buy distillate

Is there anywhere in the Somerville/Boston area that sells replacement tips for Randy's Nectar Collectors?

I have a Randy's Path Lite and I love it, but I broke the original tip and then lost the replacement one that I bought. I want to bring it on my next hike but it won't come in the mail quickly enough unfortunately. Does anybody know where I can buy replacement tips in person? Ideally in/around Somerville/Cambridge

What is your favorite 4000 footer/trail to trail run?

I've hiked 15/48 and have gotten very into trail running. I'd love to run some of the 4000 footers that I haven't yet completed!

How can I incorporate trail running into my marathon training?

I love to trail run in the mountains, particularly in the White Mountains. I just completed my first Cirque Series race and am going to be training for the Philly Marathon in November as my first marathon, so I'd love to incorporate this into my marathon training. How can I do that? I was thinking I could replace 1 short run a week with a trail run, but I'm just not sure how the uphill hiking affects how it fits into the plan

Running red lights without consequences

I've vented about it here before. Today I was crossing the street at Broadway and Cross St (right by 2 elementary schools!) and this car blew through the light at least 5 seconds after it turned red and turned to the walk signal. They made a U-turn and then got pulled over almost immediately. No idea if they got pulled over for the u-turn or blowing the red light, but it was nice to see some enforcement for it

Just witnessed someone nearly get killed crossing Broadway in Winter Hill/Magoun Square

I was sitting in my room watching TV and heard super loud tire screeching. I looked outside and saw a black Prius driving away as there was a guy in the crosswalk, and based off the tire marks it's safe to assume this guy nearly got hit as he was already more than halfway through the crosswalk.

People drive like maniacs here. Slow the fuck down and pay attention.

Crossing Broadway and McGrath

This is easily my least favorite intersection to cross. Almost every time I cross cars don't yield despite the walk signal, and they use the bus lane to make a second right turn lane. Today some kid in a white Honda decided to turn right from Broadway and Mcgrath from the bus lane and came extremely close to hitting me before he finally saw me, then yelled at me and drove around me. This intersection is so fucked for pedestrians

I want to spectate the Mt. Washington auto road hill climb race in August and want to hike up to watch it. Do I need a ticket for this, or is it only if I'm driving up/watching from the base?
