Weird discharge please help

so I’m someone that has struggled with reoccurring yeast infections. I feel like I got a hold of them for a year and then out of no where I’m starting to get them again. I already took fluconazole. I got tested for everything but syphilis and HIV which I have an appointment to do Wednesday. today my discharge had a yellow tint to it which is freaking me out. I’m using boric acid as well and my discharge is still coming out like this. I’m at lost for what to do really. Ill be scheduling an appointment with a gyno Monday but idk how long that will take. but any advice or clarity maybe anything to calm down the anxiety😪

F23 M24 How long do you stay with someone who is struggling financially?

so I’m F23 and I’m far from perfect but I do work a full time job. have close to 30k in savings and 10k invested and a 401k + Roth IRA. It’s not where I want to be so I’m going back to school to get my bachelors to aim for more money. I’ve been with my fiance for 2 years and they haven’t been perfect. He is in debt from student loans from making dumb decisions and no degree or anything to show for. He landed a job in fast food management which paid super well but then got fired for again dumb decisions. He lives paycheck to paycheck has no savings or retirement funds. He loves smoking the devils lettuce but I encouraged him to stop so he can try for correctional officer. Basically where I’m going with this is that I’m just feeling lost and confused. I’m unsure if this is something I want to continue to struggle with. I’m not his mother to be pushing him to find a career path or telling him to quit drugs. He tried leaving me not to long ago but says he felt like he was making a wrong decision so we’ve been working on it. I found out he’s in more debt than he has always told me. How long would you stay with a partner struggling financially? What improvements would you have to see? He’s in a total of 46k in debt with again no degree or certification or anything. Just need advice. Thank you

Looking for natural rhinoplasty surgeon recommendations for thick skin/ethnic nose

Hi everyone, I’m starting to research rhinoplasty and planning to possibly do it within the next 1–2 years. I have a Hispanic/Latina nose with thicker skin, and my biggest insecurity is that my nose looks slightly crooked/deviated from the front.

I attached photos of my nose currently and an edited version of the type of result I’m hoping for. I’m looking for something very natural and conservative, mostly straightening/refining while still looking like myself.

I also attached an example result that I really like because it still looks natural and balanced. That’s closer to the type of refinement I’m hoping for rather than a dramatic change.

My biggest fear is needing a revision, so I’m trying to research carefully before committing to anything.

Does anyone with thicker skin or a similar nose type have surgeon recommendations? Preferably surgeons known for natural results and lower revision rates. I’m located in California but open to traveling.

My ideal budget would probably be around $10k–20k if that’s realistic.

Thank you 🙏
