Did anyone notice on leaders that have better posture in general tend to have a better frame during dance?

I am still beginner but I am willing to experiment. With some followers its easier to achieve a change of pace. However most of the time I am unsuccessfull. It might not be fully my fault but I am willing to doubt my assumption. To the leaders out there what signals do you give your follower that you will be slowing down.

Some followers twnd to keep the faster tempo and I move at a slower tempo and its just not working. So I either stop and stop my follower and restart or I get back to the tempo we had before.

I know that connection is very important so good chest and lead arm connection and I think we have it most of the time.

Any suggestions are wellcome 😀

I wonder if there are websites or books that offer various circuits and you must figure out what is it doing. If any of you know such books, can you send the ISBN or link over?

One thing is buying a guitar but another thing is selling a guitar. I have a classical guitar and I cannot seem to sell it. Its like a burden.

I have a theory employers and recruitment agencies are posting fictious job openings so that they can train their AI models. They then use the story that this time didnt work out. This looks like they found someone but you will never find out if thats true. They also blame it on the global conflicts.

I have listed an item and soon after my account got banned. I then appealed prooving that I have purchased the item and after more than one week my account is still banned. What the actual fuck? How did you handle this?

As the title says, and no thats not my nickname except in few rare instances.

I had UC but now it seems to be behaving well since 1y 5months. I usually have an itchy crack which annoy the hell out of me. I know its not worms because if I use steroid creme in the area it clears upafter a week of treatment and it comes back after 1 month or so.

Now I started using a bidet and only after 2 days its much better. I am trying to understand what could be the cause.

For all the techs in this sub that have bonded ratiners made out of stainless steel. Is this an issue for you in any way?

I tested my bonded retainer with a relatively strong magnet and it didnt seem to be pulling on it which is suprising for me.
