My fiancé and I are looking to do a lease transfer of our apartment in Flatbush, the building is newly remodeled with all new appliances. Looking to move closer to my fiancé’s new job, but have enjoyed the apartment! Pet friendly, rent is $2,900 a month requiring the standard 40x the rent for income and 700+ credit score.
Grocery store is a 2 minute walk and laundry is in the basement. It’s on the third floor and is a walk-up. Video is from when I first got the keys, happy to share more photos of the space if you’re interested.
