But I also heard this season is a brawling season and Magik had some decent brawling capacity iirc.

So I was browsing Twitter and saw that "every generation should have their version of Scooby Do"... and tbh I kinda agree. Every gen should experience a version of a campy(to varying degree) series of a quirky team uncovering spooky monster mysteries.
My take is there should be series like Teen Titans for every gen. Just a hero group of teens with a monster of the week formula with the occasional overarching plot.
Or a Ben 10. Love the chance to potentially see new cool aliens.
