any explanations? There is no hospital/medical clinic on the other side of the sea, and there are currently 2 bridges linking to the mainland. Why did this ambulance have to chose this as its final resort?

I made sure to include traffic lights at every merge point, an expensive footpath/cycleway which no one actually uses, as well as featuring a "smart" motorway going underneath. No idea how CSII traffic will figure this one out - development will occur soon (aka in 20 years time). Gantries everywhere to help traffic figure out what an earth this is.
