**July 4th, 1986 (11:00pm, Eastern Standard Time, Ocean Beach, Gopher Hills Golf Club, Leonida, USA)**

It was the 4th Of July near the Northern Outskirts of Ocean Beach, a time for fireworks, BBQs, Parties & Patriotic Weirdness. At the Gopher Hills Golf Club was a Fourth Of July Party being held by one of Tommy Prower's friends Gualtieri Forelli, at a local private golf club rackerteered by the Forelli Crime Family.

Everything was set up and planned, till both a bored of Kim & Tails eventually got an idea where they would even tamper the fireworks with by filling Dog-Dirt, Swamp-Water, Powered Paint & Pigeon Poop inside each one they find before the show begins. And when the show did began, things got pretty nasty. Literally. (Though Kim & Tails got an awesome view & selfie with a 80s Polaroid-type camera)

At the end of the whole disaster of an event, both Kim & Tails where both shouted at by their dad for ruining one of his friends' 4th Of July Party (even though Gualtieri kinda like their sense of humor) and grounded for 'two years', though they where both ungrounded two days later.

Sorry for the rushed lore, I did not had enough time to make this, neither color it 😭✌️

For those who don't know, GTA Shine O'Vice is a mod-game that serves as a sequel for the original Vice City taking place three years after the events of the original game.

The main protagnist is Flint Casie - an uprising mobster from Liberty City, who comes to Vice City in pursue of a mystery after his brother Desmond had died in strange circumstances, and it is up to Flint to find out what exactly happened to Desmond and get his revenge on whoever is behind his brothers death.
