Life on the Murder Scene CD

Does anyone know where a girl can get JUST the CD from Life on the Murder scene for a non insane amount of money? A friend borrowed the CD from my set back in like 2015ish and never gave it back (yes, tears were shed)..

Pic borrowed from image search, not mine!

Some days are fine, other days I feel moments from death. Anyone else?

Today has been particularly vicious. I get a few of these a month. Heart and chest get really out of sync or painful, cold sweats break out, breathing becomes labored, extreme sense of disreality and my limbs lose ability. I don’t pass out, but I feel one wrong movement or seconds away from true cardiac arrest. If I am home I start keeping my hand on the panic alert on my phone, and if I am out driving I start looking around me for landmarks and street signs to communicate to 911 quicklynwith whatever I have left in me should things turn south fast.

I hate living this way. Twice today I’ve felt like I was dying. Bloodwork, stress test, echo test, oncology, etc. have all come back just fine. They believe I have dysautonomia and are referring me to a specialist but I can’t take it. So many nights I go to bed fearing I’m falling asleep for the last time. I have 4-10 more mild attacks during the week that are more chest pain/tachycardia and disrealization rather than the full kit and kaboodle. I remind myself that I am okay, my tests are good, it hasn’t been anything serious. But when you can feel each wet, painful whump of your heart going 150+bpm it’s hard to remember with a calm head.

What works for yall? Because I’m sickened and feel at my wits end imagining death is coming for me every other week or so. It’s exhausting.

Build a BHAM/ AL gift basket?

If you were putting together a gift basket to give someone out of state, who is hosting, what Alabama/Birmingham items would you include? They have to travel easily, so not things like flowers or cakes. But what popped to your mind when you think of items to share with friends who are not from here?

Currently thinking about cheese straws, some bags of piper and leaf tea, things like that.

First time foray.. what to know?

I am interested in starting this journey but have some considerations and reservations.. I am brand new to this so any and all expertise is so very appreciated! It is daunting, trying to read up on this, and makes sense of the DIY videos I’ve been watching. It makes me feel stupid for not being able to figure it out on my own.

  1. We are located in AL (not sure if this is relevant but for legal/lawful purposes thought it was worth sharing)
  2. Looking for backup power for our home in the short term but long term want to add on to eventually come as much off grid as possible. So extended, everyday use to lessen our bills is desirable!
  3. Cost is a detriment, I am trying to start this for around $3k but am looking to impact our electricity bill at that level of expenditure
  4. Longevity is desired. Our use per month is about 15 kwh
  5. Looking for general advice, and more specific hardware needs to make our system legal and usable for our family
  6. Have looked at the Anker, Jackery, and EcoFlow line of items

Anyone purchased from Nature’s Generator?

I am an actual newborn when it comes to energy usage and understanding and I am trying to find whole or mostly whole house power backup/off grid use (preferably expandable, with solar options for charging) for a reasonable cost. I understand I sound delusional, at least until I am better educated. Is this too good to be true for $1799?
