Live, interactive sessions (not just recorded videos)
Certified and experienced instructors
Flexible timings, preferably mornings
A calm, supportive, and encouraging environment rather than something overly intense
A structured program that’s beginner-friendly
Bonus if the classes also include pranayama, meditation, relaxation, or mindfulness

I’m in a situation where I’m really emotionally stuck and could use some outside perspective.
I’ve been in an on–off relationship with this person for about two years. He is my first love and I care about him deeply. However, there are consistent issues between us, and more importantly, our families have been against the relationship from the beginning. Despite knowing this, we still got involved.
Over time, we’ve broken up multiple times. Every time, it comes back to the same conclusion—he feels there is no real future for us and says continuing will only lead to hurt. This time, the breakup happened two days ago and he seems more firm about ending it, while I’m still trying to talk and hold on.
I feel very conflicted because:
I love him and feel deeply attached
but I also see the incompatibility and lack of long-term possibility
I keep switching between wanting to “manifest” him back and trying to move on and attract a healthier partner
Part of me wants to keep trying because it’s my first love and letting go feels impossible. Another part of me knows this cycle is emotionally draining and unclear.
I’m not sure what I should do anymore—keep holding on, try to move on, or focus on healing first.
Would appreciate honest perspectives from people who’ve been through something similar.
