Does your Pomsky howl like a husky does? Mine is 3.5 months and doesn’t howl yet.. I really want him to! How does it happen? Does it happen?

Hey guys! Question for ideas… my bedroom is an upstairs loft. Literally steps to my bedroom. No hallway no door.
It’s hot af up there in the summer. What would be the best ways/ideas to cool it down? I don’t have a window issue. I have a heat rising issue. Looking into some type of wall/curtains/blockages to use at the steps… or something.
