I’m 16F. What advice do you wish you had heard at my age?

I’m 16, and I feel like there’s still so much I don’t know about life.
What advice would you give me, or what do you wish you had known when you were my age?
It can be about literally anything — relationships, friendships, school, career, money, confidence, mistakes, mental health, or just life in general.
I’d genuinely love to hear any advice that has actually helped you or changed the way you see life. Even something small that you wish you had known earlier.

i’m 16 and i already feel old

i’m 16 and every single day i keep thinking that i’m getting older and older.these thoughts are starting to confuse me.
I know 16 is supposed to be young, but I can’t stop feeling like i’m running out of time. The closer I get to 17 the worse it gets. Sometimes I feel like my youth is already slipping away, and it scares me.
Has anyone else felt like this at my age? How did you deal with it?
