I need to buy some riding gear, especially a jacket and gloves. Where can I buy them for cheap or thrift here?

Hey, I and a few friends of mine are planning a South and West Sikkim tour. It'll be a 6-Day,5-Night tour with us staying at hostels and renting scooties to tour. I and my partner will be visiting Nagaland tomorrow and will stay till Wednesday. We'll be Trekking Mt. Japhfu on Sunday and then Dzuko on Monday.
