How to save?

Hi ! I got this Aglaonema 1,5 month ago. It didn’t start very well:

  1. I found a single thrip in it (I guess there were more) so I treated her and quarantined her but she lost one leaf.
  2. I changed her soil (maybe I shouldn’t have because it was too stressed already?) but it was wayyyy too dense so I used my go to mix with soil, orchid bark and perlite. I watered her once since then but the soil doesn’t seem to completely dry.
  3. 3 leaves were completely buried in the soil before I repotted it. But I still lost 2 of them and the 3 one is also yellow

So my question is should I cut and propagate? What are the chances that it will survive like that because I really don’t want to lose it… but I feel like it just doesn’t get better…
Also, it will be then my first time propagating an Aglaonema. Where should I cut? And should I put the propagation with my pothos props in water? Or should I put it in soil/perlite directly?

Pothos DO love and need light

My pothos Njoy went from making super small leaves (picture 1) to making beautiful big ones !!
I’m so proud of her!!!
I always ready that Pothos don’t need a lot of light so I had her like 3m away from an east window where she didn’t receive any direct sun. She started pushing very small leaves and it looked kinda weird because the upper ones were pretty big and then so tiny small leaves.
I decided to propagate all the small leaves (picture 4) and put her in front of the east window where she gets very early morning sun (basically sunrise) SHE LOVES IT !!! Now she’s growing like crazy, pushing new vines, big leaves…
So anyways, this is a proof that even if a plant is labeled as “low light” it will thrive in a brighter light environment.

New PPP

Hi !! I just bought a PPP (my first Philo) I’m very excited and a bit scared also (I only have very easy plants like monstera, Agloanemas, Pothos…).
Is she hard to take care of? Should I put it in direct sun (east or south window)? What kind of support can I give her when she’s that small other than moss poles?
I usually quarantine and treat my new plants with diluted neem oil + alcohol. Can she handle it?
And finally, I think there are 2 plants + a baby (pic2)??? Should I separate them? Or let them be?
Any other tips are welcome 💗💗💗

Hi !! I have an Aglaonema Chinese evergreen and honestly I fell in love with how easy and rewarding it is. Sooo I decided that I NEED another one in pink.

I saw that, as they grow, some pink ones gets a very vibrant color almost red. Ideally I want it to stay pink/light pink.

Which one of those 3 would you recommend?

Hi !! I bought this monstera 10 months ago from IKEA (picture 2 is when I just brought her home). There were 6 plants in one pot so around 5 months after I bought her I separated it them in 3 (2 plants in each pot). I read that monsteras usually grow a leaf every 1-1,5 month, but all of my monsteras only put like 2-3 leaves in 10 months…. Am I doing something wrong??

They are facing SW or S windows and I fertilize them.

Is this normal?
