但是我占是否应该雇一个具体的人，比如一个工作经验只有9年的年轻人，得：

又是一个大吉的卦象。
也就是第一个卦象支持我雇老成之人，第二个卦象却支持我雇这个只有9年经验的人。
这是矛盾的。
何解？
I used to love Johnston & Murphy slip-ons (e.g. this). They were super comfy 8 years ago, but their quality has gone way down since then, to the point that I can no longer wear their new shoes (just bought 2 pairs and returned both). This was due to their company values shifting to squeezing for profits after their activist investor takeover around 2020 and demanding cost cutting.
I've been in the market of shoes just like those, namely:
• Super-comfy memory foam soles. Don't care about zero-drop. Normal angle is fine
• Wide toe box (which J&M isn't, but I don't want to squeeze my toes. Though I have regular width feet, so I'm not looking for wide shoes, just wide toe box)
• Stylish but not too dressy
• Slip-on so easy to get in and out
• Suede or leather surface
Anyone have suggestions on brands & models? It's for men.
Been owning DS920+ for some years. There are 4 slots and I filled 2 of them with two 16TB Seagate HDDs.
I primarily use it for Time Machine backups, occasionally download large files directly to it.
They are very noisy. I've intermittently had to keep it off for months due to the disk seeking noise getting on my nerves.
I just explored swapping the HDDs to SSDs, but I don't see any viable options.
I bought the HDDs for about $330 each, and the SSDs with the same capacity are running for about ~$2,500 each, and they're external drives, not the NAS-ready, insertable ones. Not sure if they're even usable for NAS.
I've also tried the velcro technique on the hardware, it didn't make any difference on noise level.
It looks like if I want quietness I'd have to downgrade the capacity to maybe 4TB SSDs? That's paying thousands of dollars only to get lower-capacity than what I have right now just for quietness and speed improvement.
How do you guys deal with this? Just accept the noise and move on? Or are there common solutions I'm not aware of.
I ordered a used Tesla 4 days ago through the official website. Tt showed that it was sitting at a city near me, and that it would tell me the delivery date when it's available.
I've done all the paperwork through the app (registration, financing, etc.) but the app never told me the delivery date.
I called their number a few days ago and the rep told me the estimated the delivery date is 5/14 (the day after tomorrow), she wasn't sure of this herself, so I'm not sure how much weight I should put into that.
The delivery is a pickup, and it's a used car, so I'm not sure why it's taking so long for the delivery date to be available on the app.
Anyone has any suggestion?
