Who was owed the room, and who's at fault?

(I’m not either car) Green car was trying to overtake the RedBull for the lead, ended in this crash. Green claims they were squeezed and not left any room for the corner, RedBull claims they weren’t owed any room because they were overtaking below the yellow line (not an off track in iRacing) and green moved back up on them. Who do you guys think is at fault? I’m split

Seller/Agent Conditions and Red Flags?

I visited a property today that both my partner and I both quite like. At the end we were talking to the agent trying to find out what the sellers are looking for conditions wise. They mentioned a quick settlement, no building and pest, and finance ready. They said she could send the building and pest report they had already done tomorrow. I still feel like it would be best to get our own done if we put an offer down. The property has also been up since early March, which I feel is a long time in this current housing market. Just feels like a bit of red flag if the sellers don’t want people to make building and pest a condition on their offer?

It’s our first time buying so any help is appreciated!

Had a NetCode incident racing at Bathurst F4 (Australian servers, I’m Australian and they were from Wales). Gave each other heaps of room as they tried to pass down the dipper but NetCode flung them into me and then they took me out. He called me the above, I told him it was his fault crashing into me. Once the race was over and we watched the replay and saw how respectful we actually were leaving racing room, we came to the conclusion it wasn’t our fault and made up. Really heart warming moment

Does anyone have success right foot braking in higher splits? Who’s got the highest IR doing it?

I’m in Australian that just can’t use my left foot, that’s always mentally reserved for the clutch, even when it’s not needed. It’s so unnatural to me. Our major motorsports category (Supercars) all right foot brake, so it’s what I’ve learnt doing. I know I’m genuinely just slow, but right foot braking definitely doesn’t help.

Anyone have tips moving to left foot braking? I’ve got the Simjacks UT load cell brakes

What’s your craziest opinion in Radiology that you don’t think many people agree with? Why do you see it that way?
