Job Needed
It's been more than a year almost a year and a month since I completed my B.E, I've since been searching for job in AI/ML Engineer , Gen AI Engineer, Data Science Engineer, Software Development, and related roles. For most openings they need atleast 1/2 years of experience or more ( I don't have any experience), if not then I go through 4 ,5 or even 6 rounds of interviews after which they either reject or ghost me. Now I am at a stage where I am almost unable to find an opening that doesn't requires experience or maybe my resume's getting rejected for the gap in it. I've been applying through Indeed, Naukri , LinkedIn etc (I know most openings there are either marketing gimmicks or ghost jobs but campus / cold emailing isn't working either so..). I am from a tier 3 college and I don't what to do and I am on the verge losing hope but I still don't wanna give up . Help if you guys know about any openings , or anything that I can do to get hired asap.
