Been a few years since I have actively tried to find good new artists, Who is new and good at the moment that I should check out?

I tend to like things that are more raw and harsh and heavy and stompy, with mean basslines. Not a big fan of the more gothic/melodic/post punky stuff

Examples of what I like: Youth Code, Author & Punisher, SARIN, The Soft Moon, Ottoman Grüw, HIDE, JK Flesh, 3TEETH (1st two albums), HEALTH, Panther Modern,

We are all aware (I think) of this divide that sprung up between the neorationalists and the libidinal materialists. The neorationalists being Negarestani, Wolfendale and Brassier

But who are the libidinal materialists? I don’t see any prominent figure who has a written a book called “In Defence of Libidinal Materialism” or whatever to counter the neorationalists

Most synthwave artists sit around the 80-100 BPM mark it seems, but I like my electronic music more up around 140-150 BPM

Alpharisc is the only artist I can find who makes pounding synthwave that fast. Any other recs?

I love the way Omon Breaker blends techno, hardbass, acid, industrial and trance. Is there anyone doing anything vaguely similar?

I want to play Omon Breaker’s tracks in sets but I don’t even know what to mix his stuff with
