My daughter (4F) is besties with a salmonid kid (4M) who she wants to bring over to play. I wanted to know, are there any foods I absolutely should not serve to him? I know that some things that are safe for us squids to eat ain't always safe for every species.
A friend of mine needs help. they live up in Cincinnati, and in the past year, their apartment has fallen into an increasing state of disrepair to the point it's become borderline unlivable. Multiple maintenance requests have been put in, but have gone ignored. In order of what's gone wrong:
-Smoke detector removed before move in, never replaced, wires where it used to be left dangling
-The outlet the stove and oven plug into broke in a way that if you have more than one thing plugged into ANY outlet on that wall turned on at the same time, it knocks out power to the whole unit for five to ten minutes
-Air conditioning broke down in the middle of a heat wave
-Neighbor brought bedbugs into the building, it has exploded into a MASSIVE infestation that is being left untreated
-refrigerator broke down.
ALL of these issues are still ongoing.
We need advice on who to contact to actually get something done. The landlord/building manager has been of NO help and has ignored every repair/maintenance request sent for each of these issues.
I've got light blue as my resting ink color, and I'm bioluminescent. My tents light up in the dark. I will not name names. But due to a recent incident involving two of my teammates in my splatoon and a VERY stupid dare that never should have been made OR taken, I cannot stress this enough: THE FLUID INSIDE A DISRUPTOR IS NOT SAFE TO DRINK AND WILL PUT YOU IN THE HOSPITAL!
So, after repeated issues with the existing bottom bracket on my bike, I have decided to just replace the whole thing, but I found something really bizarre when I started measuring. The bike is a six-speed folding road bike. the crankset itself is a single speed crankset, all the gears are in the back on the rear wheel. Bottom bracket shell is 68 mm, as expected but my spindle length is 140mm long when measured with the calipers, which seems unusually long for a single speed crankset going off of what I've read about bottom bracket replacement. Was the spindle length too long this whole time, and should I go with a shorter one? It is a square taper serviceable cup and cone bottom bracket, if that matters.
