Posting this so no one else in this group gets tricked. I tried to tag it correctly now but besides the below, the author failed to tell anyone about some major triggers at the end of the third book that I won’t go into but I did tag on romance.io.

Right now I wish I could get 2 days of my life back. I started this series because I like the sharing kink and it was labeled as RH on romance.io… I have since down voted it so not sure if it’s showing. But be warned it’s 3 books long, is an unfinished series (not noted anywhere) and in the end the end the characters have to choose. WTF 🤬 I’m so annoyed.

Can we discuss so many aspects of these books? First of all I loved the first book and was ok with the second but I just cannot fully understand Declan’s behavior when they meet and in SF considering how we find out later about how he manipulated her.

I’m need a breather from FMCs that are young enough to be my daughter and have no life experience. I am looking for an FMC who is above 30 and has a white collar successful job but still ends up in a situation with a twisted MMC who tries to control her outside of work.

So essentially she’s powerful during the day and powerless at night. Or the MMC is someone at work that is controlling her but no one knows… and eventually she’s happy to have someone else make the decisions but I don’t want her to give in easily.

I love badass FMCs but most seem to be students, unemployed, or an heiress of some kind.

Triggers I avoid
- child sexual abuse (on page or referenced in detail - still getting over Graves)
- snakes (don’t laugh at my phobia! I can’t read that Basilisk series lol)

I’m all for sharing and would love if she also passed around like a worthless toy that’s degraded - however any unhinged MMC in this scenario works!

So I’ve looked through my kindle history and cannot find it. Hoping the group can help. The book starts with a wealthy friend throwing a party for her freedom from her abusive ex. She meets the cousin of her friend (they’re friends from like a softball league?) and he proposes a no strings attached arrangement (maybe he pays her) he ends up at one point stalking her home and they have sex in an alley, another time crazy violent sex in a doorway.

I remember he didn’t let people close and they would only have sex in the living room

The family of both the cousin and her friends lived father away and she was there on a visa.

Any ideas???

Anyone else amazed how every Mother’s Day it doesn’t matter what you want even though you are a mom as well?

Anyone else dread this holiday every DANG year?? Have PTSD flashbacks of years when it didn’t go her way and there was HELL to pay??
