From 5,17 to 4,97 in one week with your tipps! Whats next?

Last week I did 5,17 on the 40 yard dash

https://www.reddit.com/r/Sprinting/comments/1ug9vz1/rate_my_technique_it_sucks/

I used your tipps to improve:

-I bought shoes with spikes because I slipped and no I didnt slip
-I didnt run on my heels. I ran on the ball of my feet.

What I still need to improve:
-Being rested. I was tired and tired legs. Next week I try rested
-Setting up the photo pfinish app better. I didnt measure the best time
-I feel umcofortable in the start position
-I only fully extend on the first step
-I place my foot in front of my body still
-I especially feel that at top speed. It feels like I have to slow down actually because my legs cant handle it that way.

What tipps do you have for me next?

Next week I project a 4,85. Iam 38 years old german btw. The filmed sprint is not the 4,97 btw. Because I dont have 3 phones

Rate my technique (it sucks)

I tried 40 yard dash for the first time and I did a 5,17. The ground was very slippery so I had to catiously start. How is my sprinting technique and how to improve it?

Please no more new civs!

Does anyone agree? Its getting too much.

Iam a casual player. How should I remember all the strength and weaknesses of 50 civs?

Yesterday I played against musica and he build the tempel guard unit. First time seeing that and I had no idea what to do against them and lost.

I would also have no problem with removing 20 civs. 30 civs is enough

Nerf skirms! Age of skirms is annoying

Do you agree? Skirms are the best unit. They counter archers but are also good against every other unit except maybe fully upgraded knights. But how to nerf them that they are still good against archers?

Just watching memb casting heartt vs lucho. They just mass skirms every game

[PC][2002] 3D shooter to kill animals for meat as a side thing

I had the Gamestar back then, a german PC Games Magazin. There was a demo on it. It was a 3D Shooter, I think It was ego perspective but could also be third person.

The demo was in the nature. And you could kill the animals to get food which helps you in a way. I think the animals were something like deer or bulls. But that was just a side part of the game.

Maybe someone of you knows what I mean, chat gpt doesnt

[PC/Console][2002] Human vs Monster Cave Fight

I remember vaguely a game I played at a friend. To be honest I dont remember if its was on Pc or console. It was around 1998-2005 we played that.

It was in something like a cave system. Perspective was from the side. One player plays a human the other a monster. And then you fight against each other.

I hope that helps. It really bugs me and chatgpt doesnt help haha
