Claims to sales?

Hello, I’ve been a claims adjuster for a little over 4 yrs now. Property and auto exp. I’m already getting a little burnt out . I’ve always been interested in insurance sales but commission based jobs have always made me nervous. Is there anyone here who made the switch and are you happy with your choice ?

Personality hires

lol most of the supervisors at the new Galatyn Geico are personality hires. Good people but it’s embarrassing how much inaccurate info we get.

CPCU

Hello, I’m a claims specialist that’s currently pursuing my CPCU. I started on May 2nd and have currently passed 500, 520 and ethics. I’m starting 530 tonight and then 540 after. I’m a little nervous because I keep hearing that most people fail those or struggle. Any tips ?

So I’m at one of the new offices that are no longer using prod points and the amount of clean up we have to do in these claims are awful. You can tell that people at other office do not care to actually investigate the claim smh.
