Lifters or Rods? 5.3 w/ 68mm turbo. Should I just 6.0 swap?

Only does it when I let off at low-midrange speeds. Not sure if anyones heard a familiar sound like this before on these trucks. Sound maybe like a driveline issue or loose heat sheild/skid plate, but haven't found what it is yet.
