I say this as a proud owner of two kittens (who both live inside and are microchipped).

There’s multiple threads and complaints about the 7th Ave Spitter harassing and assaulting people (mostly women).

Complaints four days ago about the homeless encampment and all that encompasses that scene (drugs, defecation, etc.) at the underpass of 4th Ave and Prospect.

And another a week and a half ago about the crazy lanky guy dressed all in black around 17th harrassing anyone he sees and exposing himself.

The advice and ideas of those threads are: silence; maybe call the police, document for media, call Shahana Hanif, call 311, the need for somewhere to live, we can’t do anything.

But as soon as a half feral cat gets yanked:

- we are getting mob justice threads?
- we get a vigilante that tries and fails to get cat back because the perpetrators are mean?
- we get a text thread and a WhatsApp group going?
- Gothamist is involved?
- We get a police photo op who never cared to begin with?

Imagine what we can accomplish if we put this amount of effort into the bullies in the neighborhood that hurt actual people.

I can not place this tune. Does anyone recognize it?

I thought it was Dexter theme song, it’s not. Dexter theme way more jazzier than this.

We thought it was a Twilight theme song though isn’t everything?

The closest I found was the Leftovers Intro but I still think it’s not exact.
