Has anyone used customer emails from the first shop to promote the new one through email, Meta, Instagram or Pinterest?
Did Etsy ever warn, suspend or ban you for this?

I completed all requested Etsy Payments verification steps, including updating the Primary Owner, confirming business details, ID verification and taxpayer information. Etsy also emailed me confirming that my name and taxpayer information were verified.
My shop remains active and I can still receive and process orders. A significant amount shows as eligible for deposit, yet deposits remain unavailable due to a manual verification review.
Several business days have passed with no email update. Support escalated the case to the specialist team and told me not to upload anything else.
