I have extremly low testosteron, will TRT make a big difference in muscle growth?

Hello everyone,

I am Male, 33 years, 183cm 75kg (6 Foot 165lbs) and I am lifting weights since 6 months. Besides other issues I have trouble getting stronger.

I did two bloodtests and my testosteron is incredible low…

First test:
3.3nmol/liter (Normal range 12-30)

Second test:
0,61ng/ml (Normal range 2,49-8,36)

I will probably start TRT and I wonder how big of a difference a normal T level will make? Does anyone have experience and want to share how it was?

What is my body fat %? Would you continue to lose weight?

Hello everyone,

all my life i was obese and 6 months ago i started lifting and went on a very hard diet, 1000 calories deficit with mostly protein for the most time for sure.

My stats:
6 foot - 183cm
I went from 220 pounds to 164 pounds - 100kg to 74,5kg
I lost 25,5kg or 56 pounds.

Now i wonder what my body fat percentage is, i am unsure if i should keep losing weight in a moderate tempo, or if i am totaly brainwashed by social media and if i am already lean enough to go on a slow lean bulk.

Please help me, i feel like im totaly confused and have body dysmorphia, i feel like im not fat fat anymore, but still overweight because i got that fat on my belly and on my body.

Let me know what you think. I really really appreciate it.

Those pictures are from the morning after waking up when my stomach is empty. During the day when i eat and drink this changes This is where I look the leanest.
