Hello! I start with Optum on 10/19 and will be working as a Pharmacy Customer Service Rep in the specialty department. I have prior experience that is similar but I’m so nervous now! This job will be a pay raise for me which I’m super happy and grateful for but I’ve seen mixed reviews. Some good, but a lot of bad reviews and negativity about the company. Layoffs are what I’m concerned about the most. How do I deal with that anxiety? Should I even start? What are some positive experiences that anyone could share? TIA!

Hello everyone. I recently got a job with Alorica as a rehire. I worked for them back in 2020-2023 and I cannot remember how paid training went (I have had a few jobs since then). My training starts on June 1st. Does anybody have any idea of when I’ll get my first check?

Hello everyone. On May 6th I was told at my ultrasound appointment at a prenatal visit that I am most likely having a miscarriage. I would be 8 weeks 4 days pregnant. I was told that there was no cardiac activity and that my baby essentially stopped growing. I was completely blinded and shocked because I went for an ultrasound on April 12 and was told that my baby had a heart rate of 130 and look great. I am very confused because this is my first pregnancy and as of today, May 12, I have had no definitive miscarriage signs. I’ve had some cramping, but honestly it has felt like the cramps I have been feeling all along. I have had no bleeding at all. Is this typical of a miscarriage?
