Getting by, doing my best

Took a trip around the anthracite region of Pennsylvania.

Just getting home now, sorting through photos but found myself coming back to my evening alone in Shenandoah, PA. There were a myriad of beings out and about, people, children, cats, a dog in particular that did not like me; overall had the feeling of a small town in a hallmark movie. Kids on bikes, folks of all backgrounds could be heard chatting, the town itself had seen better days than they. Places like this remind me of the human spirit, how it strives, wishes, and desires to be a part of something more, something better. Happy to be home, it’s always good to see lives outside yours. Be well
