I applied for correction of my photo and now my first form shows cancelled . Is it normal is my form selected or not

Ssc score card visibility
Last year I gave ssc Cgl and chsl but did not qualify. But now I can't see my scorecard either . I was sure I did not qualify sk I didn't see the score back then on the website. It is not visible now? Can anyone help?
