How to not be embarassed by an ESSA when you are known by many people.

So im 13, i have BAD anxiety, and do have an ESA (emotion support animal NOT service dog) shes a chihuahua, she helps me in many spaces, but since shes not a service animal she cannot come into many different spaces with me. and most of them are trigger places like malls, movie theatres, concerts, school, anywhere loud. or stores, i have a lot of social anxiety and im thinking about getting an ESSA. im trying to not be offensive while saying this, but how do i not be embarssed of having one, I am in school, tons of people know me, i dont think "Weird kids" are bad or weird in a bad way, i think they are quite kewl actually, but i myself am not one, and at my school ESSA's are not really a thing so it might be seen as "childish" for me to have one. Which is why im asking how to kinda not be embarrassed, im trying really hard to not be offensive, sorry if this offends anyone. I just dont want it to draw attention or be a big thing like i know a lot of ppl in the ESSA community like doing, i dont think its bad, its just that, my whole issue is things drawing attention to me. so i need to find a way to have it...not.

HOW DO YOU ACTUALLY GET GOOD AT DRAWING HELP

Ive been drawing for awhile now (mainly animals, people here and there) and i swear i have not improved at all. ive tried tutorials, taking breaks, drawing online, drawing traditionally, and i still dont see any improvement. how do i actually improve what i draw?

i aim for more of a pinteresty style of drawing for animals and people, i just have not seen improvement. i generally aim to draw for about 20-30 minutes daily. i just feel like over the past years i have not improved whatsoever. first image is one that i sketched and im semi okay with though i did end up getting rid of since someone in my original post pointed out it looks rushed, which i agree with. the second is kinda the style i like (Though i would prefer more emotion/details) ive had ppl say they like my style since its unique, but i feel like its kinda just trash and like i cant draw still. im not super serious about drawing or anything i dont want to do realism (ive tried and all it resulted in was my mental health going down since i just was not enjoying it, not because i was bad at it, because i have never desired to do so) i just want to impove. the last slide is another one i drew online, i know that ones bad, its just one of the only images i have since im in deleware with one sketchbook i bought a day ago and i live in seattle.

EDIT: I actually narrowed my issue down to just cats, I can achieve the style i want with horses (i dont have the picture since its at my house but ive done it many times before, there is one patricular drawing that was spot on though) its just cats, i cant get the soft, pretty, effortless style as shown in slide 2.

edit: i feel like ppl think im trying to draw like hyper realism, im not, i aim for more of a pinteresty style of drawing for animals and people, i just have not seen improvement. i generally aim to draw for about 20-30 minutes daily. i just feel like over the past decade i have not improved whatsoever.
