Does anyone know how to create custom flooring/wallpaper mods?

I'm tired of the vanilla decor, there are some serious aesthetic gaps. I feel like creating new wallpaper/flooring wouldn't be all that hard, just a png of a pattern injected into the game somehow. It's that last part that I need help on. Anyone feel like pointing me in the right direction/walking me through it? I plan on uploading these to the Workshop for everyone else so if you have a request feel free to drop it here as well!

edit: Bonus side quest - I want to change the color of counters, appliances, hatch, etc. Like to fully customize the look. I'm sure that involves editing more base-level files. Actual appliances are lowest on that list but to be able to change counters would be fantastic.

Buying Max's Mercedes GT3 livery? Available in Competitions but not for sale?

I'm currently doing the GT3 Spa competition and within the Mercedes GT3 there is the Verstappen livery. Well I wanted to go do some laps elsewhere and figured I'd take the same car and can't find it in either Mercedes GT3 category. Is this only available for competitions or am I stupid?

[Stupid question] Replaying missions in commander mode?

I didn't think that was possible and the entire point of CM was to be like perma-everything but I just noticed that I'm able to go back and replay missions and get a better score. Am I tripping or...?

PS retains selection of mask(?) in artboards even after deleting mask

Reference image 1

Reference image 2

I noticed this when I tried to bring a photo in to place in one of the artboards, when I placed it in (just pasted) I was unable to scale the image and my selection only stuck to what's highlighted in this image. What's shown above is the before, when I first open the file, and after deleting anything with that shape. PS is persistent with the selection of that shape and nothing I do changes that. It's always on that artboard. Even after I delete the artboard (ref image 2) that rounded square selection stays, like it's still there hidden under everything yet that is not the case.

No matter what I do I can't get that shape to be unselected and it's causing me to be unable to do anything in this document. I was able to start a new document and set it up the way this one is (though the background is checkered rather than white for some reason despite being functionally the same) but I want to make sure I'm not missing something stupidly obvious before I start checking all of my templates.

How to remove battle win/loss music/sound?

I’ll preface this by saying I have nothing against this sound or the music in general but I do play with the music off so I can listen to my own. The way the volume mix is this sound is super jarring after every battle. Idk if it requires finding the correct file to delete/replace with null or if it’s deeper than that. Either way I would love some help on disabling that.

tl;dr - Trying to fill large space with the same noise as seen in the photo below but don't have enough to do what I would typically do and clone stamp and/or copy/paste sections to overlap and fill.

Reference That's about 6" of the image, to get an idea of noise density. It's very reminiscent of like night vision goggles in very low light situations.

I'm making a 36x60" print with an image that I must use and this print will be hanging in a prominent restaurant chain all over my state so I need this to look as close to perfect as possible. Which is also why I'm not comfortable sharing the entire image, just the relevant part.

The image has some noise that I reeeeeeally like (see reference above) but it's a panoramic shot so in order to keep my subject in frame horizontally I have to sacrifice the top and bottom (about 3.75" each side). Luckily the image terminates with this noisy black on the top and bottom so all I need to do is figure out how to recreate this noise so I can extend the image. The problem is that there just isn't enough to fill in the amount of space I have left, no matter what I do you can see subtle patterns because short of hand-painting them in there are just bound to be patterns. The typical denoise, re-add noise through PS filters isn't achieving the same look and because that method exists it's impossible to search for a solution and I'm only finding ways to add the standard noise.

Do any of you have advice? So far I've tried copying/pasting/masking sections of the image into the gaps, clone stamping to varying degrees, generating noise and saving as a flattened image and scaling up, generative fill/expand, and any combination of these that you can come up with. I'd rather lose the noise than use AI here, other than my desperate attempt with generative fill/expand.

I'll cmd+t an asset in my document and usually it works just fine, operating as normal. But sometimes I'll shift+drag a corner and it will scale WAY more than it should, either big or small depending on what direction I'm going. Sometimes I'll be making something small and it will immediately get super tiny and actully flip/reflect like I were to drag the handle to the other side of the image when in reality I've moved my cursor just enough to make it like 10% smaller. Basically the asset sometimes scales disproportionate to my mouse movement.

Anyone run into this glitch? If so, has anyone found a solution? This has been happening across three different computers (my PC and two different Macbooks) for a while now, so a few versions of PS as well, I've just been dealing with it. I've used legacy transform and new transform, happens on both. When I was at an agency last year none of the other designers had this issue and I got let go before we could figure it out.

edit: I would also love to know why posts I make here, using the sub as intended and giving ample information, get downvoted immediately. Sorry that I'm not asking advice for how to train my AI or simple things that can be found in any beginner tutorial on YouTube.
