As per picture, DS2 says I have been penalized for "tampering with the game", even though I did not touch the files if not for a mod that supposedly should block any form of hacking (Blue Acolyte, downloaded the 22nd of january, but was updated the 28th of May)

I did not touch anything other than that, I did not add unique items to my inventory nor added souls to my character. I did get invaded by a guy the last time I played, he invaded me twice, I did not want to play the second time because he was a twink so I let enemies kill me.

is it possible that this guy bypassed the (outdated but present) mod protection and softbanned me because he felt like I did not "enjoy his one-sided duel"?

Is it possible that that specific character is now softbanned or risks to soft ban me if I use them again?

EDIT: I managed to get a backup of the character from before the cheater invaded me, so the character's safe, and I found the guy's account on steam, apparently he's a serial hacker that invades and cheats whenever he's about to lose with their max level character by breaking your equipment and hacking your savefile. If you ever need to play Dark Souls II online, please install Blue Acolyte, it's an amazing safeguard!
