im so frustrated, i cant sleep at all. its 3am and i have to get up at 7am for work. i already took magnesium and melatonin. i tried the counting your breaths. tried to listen to something. tried to walk away and do something for abit. but i still cant sleep. i just keep tossing and turning. my brain or body just feels like its constantly shaking. please help me i really just wanna sleep im so sleepy

hi ive had my period for 19 days now and its still going, what do i do? I have work so i can’t go to the doctors. Truly im sick and tired of bleeding out of my uterus for this long. I’m already getting rashes everywhere 😭 for context, i have endo and i didnt get my period for 2 months before starting this cycle. I was also on norethindrone for 4 months in 2025 and it has messed up my cycles.
