Yes or no ? Do you feel like you are judged by your work or just judged at work 😒
How work feels when you don't look at the time, any metrics, get 8 hours of sleep, and don't talk to anyone
Journalist looking for Amazon workers: How has HR automation affected you?
Hi there! I’m a reporter at Fast Company. I’m working on a story about how automation is reshaping HR at Amazon, and what the fallout could be for workers. Based on some of my initial reporting, I’ve heard Amazon has been eliminating on-site HR roles and automating many HR functions; it sounds like it has become harder for workers to connect with an actual human and that they are being directed to Amazon’s AI chatbot. I’m interested in talking to current or former workers about their experience with HR and how these changes have impacted them on the job. (For example: Have you tried contacting HR about a scheduling issue or medical accommodation, only to be routed to the chatbot?) I'd love to hear from you if you're up for a conversation. I can keep you anonymous or use a pseudonym, though I will need you to verify that you work at Amazon. Please feel free to shoot me a DM or email me at pmohan@fastcompany.com. Thank you!
